Spirit Rising will be conducting a FREE WORKSHOP to promote healthy living in support of our local Farmer’s Market.  Please bring your friends and family for local fruits and vegetables, farm fresh eggs, breads and locally roasted coffees, food, entertainment, crafts and more!  We’ll be on the green adjacent to the Ivoryton Playhouse.

The Ivoryton Farmer’s Market ~

Market hours: 10am-1:30pm, Saturdays thru the 11th of October  (Ivoryton vendors will be joining Farm Fest 2014 at Bushy Hill Nature Center on the final market day).
